We ask that you please reschedule at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment.

No call/no show, the full amount for the service will be charged to the card on file. 

Please contact the salon right away if you cannot make your appointment. Communication is Key

If an issue should arise, it should be rectified at the time of service.
